Raisa Hussain is a Senior Property Manager at Colliers with over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in office, retail, and mixed-use properties. She brings expertise in financial management, team leadership, property operations, and client relationship management, with a strong focus on operational excellence, sustainability, and delivering value for clients. She was part of the team at 75 Eglinton Avenue East that achieved the highest electricity reduction in the 2025 Earth Hour Weekend Challenge, reducing consumption by 42.8% across 181 participating buildings. Currently pursuing her RPA designation, Raisa is passionate about sustainability, professional development, and advancing leadership within the commercial real estate industry.

Accounts and Sales Manager
Luigi is an Account Manager and Sales Engineer at Ambient Mechanical, bringing a decade of expertise across HVAC design, technical sales, and project operations. Specializing in complex commercial transactions and cross-functional team coordination, he delivers a comprehensive perspective on project development from concept through execution.
By bridging technical engineering expertise with value-driven business development, Luigi helps clients navigate pressing sustainability goals and execute complex energy retrofits. He is dedicated to advancing fresh, forward-thinking strategies as the building performance industry heads towards decarbonization and operational resilience.
Brendan Rotz
General Manager
Brendan Rotz is the General Manager of Dynergy Energy Management Inc. A professional engineer with over 12 years of experience in Commercial, Industrial and Residential energy management he specializes in Energy Auditing, HVAC retrofits, Metering, and Greenhouse Gas reduction strategies. With Dynergy, he has supported Colliers at 75 Eglinton East for over a decade with ongoing reporting, monitoring, metering, auditing and capital planning.
