WELCOME!

Association of Energy Engineers - Greater Toronto Area Chapter (AEEGTA)

ABOUT US

The Greater Toronto Area Chapter (formerly the Southern Ontario Chapter) of the AEE received its charter in 1999, becoming the first chapter in Canada. From its modest beginnings, the chapter has continued to grow and develop to meet the needs of the energy engineering community.

Our regular events, occurring six times per year in the Toronto area, cover topics in the energy efficiency, conservation and sustainability industries. We are recognized by the Engineering Institute of Canada as professional education, enabling you to earn Professional Development Hours (PDH) to maintain your professional certifications!

OUR FREE MORNING WEBINAR SERIES

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not currently able to host our typical in-person events. To stay connected with our current and future members, we developed a new free morning webinar series occurring in 3-week rotations. Paid members are able to earn Professional Development Hours!

WE ARE AWARD WINNERS!

The AEEGTA chapter is proud to announce we have won ‘2020 Best International Chapter Website’ from AEE.
